Apartment cleaning covers studios through to three-bedroom units across Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC and every other community. You can book hourly at AED 25.99 or choose a fixed package — AED 50.99 for a studio, AED 80.99 for one bedroom and AED 125.99 for two bedrooms — so you know the cost before we arrive. Each visit includes all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, interior glass and a balcony sweep. Packages are ideal for tenants who want a predictable monthly cleaning cost with no hourly guesswork.

A balcony sweep and wipe is included in every apartment visit. For a full scrub, railing wash and outdoor furniture clean, add Balcony Cleaning for AED 19.99 during booking. That covers drainage channels and sliding-door tracks too.
Yes. We work to owner or agency checklists, change linen on request and can photograph the finished unit, which short-term rental owners in Marina and JVC use for turnover records. Same-day turnaround slots are available on request.
Hourly bookings start at two hours, which suits most studios. Fixed packages have no hourly minimum because the price already covers the time needed for that particular layout. Additional hours can be added at the standard hourly rate.
Some towers require it. Send us your building name when booking and we submit staff identification to security in advance, so your cleaner is never delayed at the entrance. Most towers clear our staff within one working day.
